LO to share and Pay it Forward!

Happy Canada Day to all my fellow Canadians and an early Happy July 4th to my lovely american friends!
I went through a severe case of lost mojo this week. I mean SEVERE! I tried to get some LO's done but I just wasn't happy with any of them. Well, I think I found my mojo. I quite like these LO I did last night and tonight I just finished 2 more that I LOVE!!!
This 1st LO is using Cherry Delicious from Sassafras and the purple clip came from my fabulous friend/cousin but not Julie (I'll explain down below). The piece of paper behind the photo was courtesy of Big Sis. She was painting yesterday and made it and I loved it so much and thought it would look fabulous on this LO. She's such an artist already ; )
This LO I got the circle idea from Celine Navarro. There was a LO on her blog the other day that had this so I gave it a go.
This last LO was done using a large chipboard piece that was in one of my Studio Calico Kits and then I misted over it and then traced around it. The photo isn't great since it all curled up from the misting.

So back to Julie. She played a Pay It Forward recently and I was the very lucky recipient of some fabulous goodies. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos in time for this post : ( but trust me they were FABULOUS!!!! ( I was so excited to get them I tore into the package and used the goodies right away). So a big THANK YOU to Julie. You can see her post here.
Now it is my time to Pay It Forward.
So I need 5 people to leave a comment to let me know if they would like to play along in Pay It Forward. The first 5 people that let me know I will then send you an email to get your addy so I can send you some goodies and then we can go from there!!! Fun right?

Come play along and you could win a fabulous prize!

Happy Tuesday everyone! Today I finally posted my very first challenge over at Pages in Time! This is the fabulous online store that I am proud to say I Design for!
So I have a group called Queen of Colors and every week I post a color combo. The next month you get to go look though the previous color combos and choose one you would like to try and then make me something fabulous with that color combo. Then you just post it over under the challenge and then wait to see if you get picked. Easy right?
So for my example I went with the color combo that I posted mid-June: Cream, Burnt Orange, Olive Green, and Grey. Here is my LO:

I would love for you to join us in the fun and don't forget there is a fabulous prize in store for you : )
You can go HERE to get right to the challenges!

Loving it!

I am so in love with my latest LO. I did it for the Pages In Time Thursday sketch. Now if you haven't played with us you really should. Not only is there fabulous inspiration in the gallery but the community is so much fun!
Here is this weeks sketch:
Now the minute I saw this sketch I knew what I wanted to do. Well this morning I was blog surfing and saw the LO of the week over at Studio Calico and WHAM! It was exactly what I was wanting to do with this sketch! So I attempted to scraplift Kaori Wantanabe you can see her layout here. Now I have to admit I didn't even come close to her awesomeness but I have to say I love how my LO turned out:

Now you have until Wednesday night to play along so head over HERE to play!

Design Dollies

Phew I think I made it! It has been a crazy week here. How about you? Well, I have been dying to get my scrap on but the weather has been sooooo nice that I just had to soak up the sun then at night (my usual scrap time) I had a million and one things to do so it had to wait until today. But... I won't disappoint! The fabulous Design Dollies are at it again with more fab challenges. I was going to go for the "TRIFECTA"but their elements challenge didn't quite work for me to squeeze it all in. So the color combo this week was yellow and grey and here is the sketch:
and here is my layout, could you say the doublica? Oh bad joke. Anyways here it is:
So for your chance to win a fab prize and participate in some great challenges head on over to the Design Dollies to play!
