Celine Navarro

Happy Summer everyone! I have to admit I haven't been on here lately because I have been soaking up the sun down at the beach! I love living on the coast!
I have also been taking Celine Navarros's very 1st online class! I am loving it! Most of the techniques I already knew but all the fabulous inspiration from our class gallery is unbelievable!
Here are the layouts I have done so far:

I still have to catch up and do class 4 maybe I will do that tomorrow???

Anyways, off to figure out what to make for dinner. I'm in a cooking rut. If anyone has any fabulous vegetarian recipes send them my way please : )

    I'm not a vegetarian but have recipes that I tweak without the meat since we do meatless once a week and I have vegetarian friends. Racheal Rays yummy recipe and it doesn't take but 30 minutes-just substitute Boca patties :) or leave meat out entirely http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/rachael-ray/granpa-emmanuels-macaroni-with-sausage-and-cannellini-recipe/index.html
