I just discovered this fun challenge blog Dirty Scraps! It's has super fun challenges like this months challenge #11 You really piss me off. I decided to do my layout about how I deal when I'm supper PO'd. Not many people know but we are Buddhist. I have to be honest though my practice has been a little neglected : ( Anyways, I thought it would be fun to write about how I deal. When I am struggling I just go to my meditation area and meditate.
